Incident Overview
A peculiar event occurred at Kanpur airport when a rat was discovered inside an IndiGo aircraft, resulting in a three-hour delay for the flight. The plane was carrying 140 passengers at the time.
As reported by a media outlet, the passengers noticed the rat and promptly alerted the flight crew. The aircraft was scheduled to depart for Delhi at 2:55 AM.
Subsequently, all passengers were evacuated from the plane, and a thorough search was initiated to find the rodent.
Originally, the flight was expected to arrive in Delhi at 4:10 PM, but due to the unforeseen delay, it eventually landed at 7:16 PM.
